The problem

The trucks cross Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and eastern DRC. Fuel theft, driver behavior, delays and truck theft were hard to see, and there was no system at all.

What we built

  • Live GPS from a device in each truck.
  • Driver management and payouts.
  • Fuel, mileage and every trucking expense.
  • Maintenance and truck health.

How it works

  1. Each truck reports its position.
  2. The console shows every truck and alerts on unplanned stops.
  3. The owner sees fuel and expenses per truck.
