ATARAH rents SUVs, runs heavy trucks and sells travel. Bookings, vehicles, insurance and inspection dates, and money all lived in one 31-sheet spreadsheet. A missed renewal date meant a vehicle on the road without valid papers.
What we built
- A booking site on the client’s own domain, with a three-day minimum rental.
- A travel inquiry line that hands off to WhatsApp.
- A staff console with five screens: Today, Calendar, Compliance, Fleet and Money, rolling out in stages.
- A compliance view that ranks every vehicle by days until its insurance and inspection are due.
How it works
- A customer books on atarahcarrental.com.
- Staff see the booking on Today and the Calendar.
- The console flags any vehicle whose papers are close to lapsing.
